Quick & Easy Celeriac Remoulade

celeriac remoulade recipe


7tbsp mayonnaise
3tbsp Dijon mustard
1 lemon, juice only
1 small celeriac

All ingredients used in this recipe are available to purchase from the Fodder farm shop



In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and quarter the celeriac then coarsely grate it into the sauce and keep stirring the bowl until the celeriac is covered evenly.
